Berry delicious overnight oats

Why not try this wonderful gut supporting recipe.


  • 100g of rolled oats (ensure gluten free stated if you require gluten free oats)
  • 375 ml of milk of your choice
  • 200g live natural yoghurt
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds or freshly ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Fruit of your choice

How to make

  • Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spoon into glasses, layering with fruit as you go and leave to soak overnight in the fridge or at least for 30 minutes.
  • In the morning – all you need to do is enjoy!
