Why not try this wonderful gut supporting recipe.
- 100g of rolled oats (ensure gluten free stated if you require gluten free oats)
- 375 ml of milk of your choice
- 200g live natural yoghurt
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds or freshly ground flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Fruit of your choice
How to make
- Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spoon into glasses, layering with fruit as you go and leave to soak overnight in the fridge or at least for 30 minutes.
- In the morning – all you need to do is enjoy!
