Why not try this wonderful recipe with berries in a fantastic chocolate sauce!
- 12 oz each fresh of strawberries and raspberries
- 5 oz organic dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of raw sugar
- 60ml water
- 6 oz firm silken tofu
- Melt chocolate and sugar over medium heat.
- Place tofu, water and melted chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a mixing bowl.
Divide the chocolate pudding into bowls and top with a generous amount of berries.
