Berries with chocolate sauce

Why not try this wonderful recipe with berries in a fantastic chocolate sauce!


  • 12 oz each fresh of strawberries and raspberries
  • 5 oz organic dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of raw sugar
  • 60ml water
  • 6 oz firm silken tofu


  1. Melt chocolate and sugar over medium heat.
  2. Place tofu, water and melted chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a mixing bowl.

Divide the chocolate pudding into bowls and top with a generous amount of berries.
